Create first web page in Dreamweaver
1. From the File menu select New.
2. Determine the title, background color and links to your webpage. From the Modify menu, select Page Properties.
To change the background color and links, click on the icon. Meanwhile, to replace the background image, click on the Browse button.
Title = title or titles of web pages
Background image = image used as background
Text = color of text
Links, Visited Links, Active Links = color link
3. To end click on the OK button.
4. To be safe save before the file by clicking the File menu - Save
